I’m about to talk about this week’s Grey’s Anatomy. Spoilers ahead (only if you aren‘t caught up).

I put off watching Grey’s Anatomy this week for an entire day because I thought the episode was just going to kill me. Glad I finally watched it. Even though the episode was a lot more positive than I thought it would be, man, so much shit went down in this episode. First thing’s first, I’m surprised the episode was able to focus on anything but Izzy’s melastatic melanoma (Izzy’s stage 4 cancer). Like Christina and Owen…WTF. That scene where Christina was being choked was absolutely horrifying. While I’m looking forward to see that whole thing unfold, I’m glad that Christina [from what it seems] chose herself. Very twisty Grey’s moment. Derek and Meredith? I’m glad those two are moving forward and the elevator love letter was definitely cute. One thing though. Do the Grey’s writers think that putting Izzy as a notch in Derek/Meredith’s love story is an acceptable excuse for killing her? It is most absolutely not acceptable. You don’t get off that easy. Anything else happen worth noting? Lesbians dancing. George is upset (and to some extent I think we’d all be mad if our best friend didn’t tell us that they had cancer). Callie praying for Izzy to die? That caught me off guard…what a bitch. Speaking of bitches, that ecologist has got to go. While she’s just being detached, she doesn’t have to be one of those insensitive doctors (but it looks like Christina/Bailey are watch-dogging her..so that’s good..I was so happy when Bailey and Derek dissed the encologist during Izzy’s surgery…ZING).

Okay now to the more important stuff: Izzy. Alex. Izzy and Alex. Just sad. For anyone that thinks Izzy is cured, she’s not yet. The procedure she had (that Derek pulled off, which he definitely needed) was just one of many that Izzy needs. It also sounded like there’s more trouble ahead (the news that the ecologist gave Christina right before Izzy’s surgery with Derek). Every time I see Izzy on the screen, I wonder what the show would be like without her (and can’t). I am really glad that there’s some positivity in moving forward with treatment (who else thought Izzy was going to make the surgery when they showed Derek practicing? I did), but there’s so much more ahead. There are so many opportunities for something bad to happen. I really want the best, but with all the Katherine Heigl departure buzz, you have to prepare for the worst. Alex’s “it’s not supposed to happen like this” speech? Perfect. Love when this dude open’s up. The writers have been pretty selective about Alex’s sensitive side and this is definitely a good a time as any. It’s sad TV, but great TV at that. Actually. It’s really sad TV, but great. Does anyone else totally see Izzy babies in the future (whether Izzy is around or not)? WTF did no one visit Izzy while she just knitting away? What was that about? I got so nervous when none of them got to see Izzy go in before surgery. I just want to keep hearing great news about Izzy in the episodes to come. Stay positive. Regardless, it looks like season 5 of Grey’s Anatomy will be one to remember. Izzy love <3

So there is no new episode next week(s) (of course!) As soon as I know when the next episode is, you know I’ll post it. Can’t find the date anywhere (TVGuide, my Tivo, ABC, you name it). Stay tuned for that date. I know I will.

I’m about to talk about Gossip Girl.  Spoilers ahead. Catch up already.

This week’s episode of Gossip Girl had to be one of the ones to watch this season. That ending? That music? It was all so… Okay the only episode I can think of right now is that season 1 episode when”Apologize” plays at the end and Nate and Blair are about to…you know (Chuck on the outside…again? I actually do feel bad). I just loved the tone of the entire episode. The tone. Seriously thought it was a great episode from beginning to end. Poor Chuck..and Blair…and Nate..and oh what about Vanessa… I liked how Serena had Blair’s back…that’s always fun. As for Rufus and Lilly, come on now, a list of partners? Pfff. Next week’s episode looks like crap…besides the whole Chuck/Blair/Nate thing…again…but yet so different.

Can I just say that some of Desperate Housewives‘ very best moments have involved Edie Brit? Remember in a previous season when she was thought to be dead after hanging herself? And tonight? Tonight was just very well executed. Unfortunately we don’t know whether or not Edie actually died. I honestly thought it was over when David started choking her. Only to find out that she ended up crashing her car. That moment with the stepping out and the water and the electricity… The shock, the moment, all of it was just really great. So if Edie does die… will they spare Catherine? I hope for the best.

And let me just get something straight… Desperate Housewives doesn’t return until April 19?! So messed up. But what’re you going to do.

Fact: Izzy has been diagnosed with metastatic melanoma. The cancer is apparently at stage 4 and it is the reason for Izzy’s halucinations (when she kept seeing her dead ex-boyfriend Denny). There is a 5% survival rate after treatment.

Fact: Every character on the show is now officially aware of Izzy’s condition. Izzy told Christina first. Christina then told Alex and Bailey and it spread from there.

Fact: I am not reading any spoilers. Not a single one. Everything is speculation. New episodes = my only new information. Don’t ruin it for me please!

Fact? Like every season of Grey’s Anatomy, there are rumors that Katherine Heigl is leaving Grey’s. Nothing has been confirmed. But given the diagnosis and Heigl’s big-screen potential, an exit looks very possible. Sad.

Fact? If Izzy dies on Grey’s Anatomy, I feel like the show will never be the same!

Tonight’s Grey’s Anatomy made me really upset. I think it’s going to be really sad if one of the main characters of this show dies. Question. Is she is being killed off or is she dying on the show? Does anyone else understand the subtle difference between the two? What a horrible way for someone to leave the show. For all that it’s worth, I really hope Katherine Heigl does not leave Grey’s Anatomy. Seriously? Seriously? (Look I did that whole Grey’s seriously inside joke…anyone remember?). The fact that Derek is getting involved with Izzy’s possible treatment…timeless. I am so excited for next Thursday. Damn… this show has got me hooked. Next week’s episode preview was such a tease. It seems like everything is happening so fast. Please keep Izzy a part of this show for as long as possible. Don’t do this to the fans. Sigh.

Don’t forget to watch/Tivo Grey’s Anatomy tonight! It looks like the hospital is finally going to find out what’s up with Izzy. Refusing treatment? Christina being a biotch? Der and Mer? I’m excited.

I am about to talk about this week’s Gossip Girl. Warning: Spoilers ahead. You have been warned!

Let’s talk about last night’s Gossip Girl. I know Blair kind of plays a “bad guy” on this show, but please tell me I am not the only one who feels bad for her? Poor girl is finally realizing that you can’t blackmail/manipulate to get everything you want. It’s sad because she basically did all this for the one thing she can’t have now (Yale). I’m sure she’ll be a trooper though and whatever’s best will ultimately happen. It better. Is Yale officially out of the question?

As for Chuck… same situation as Blair… sort of a “bad guy” but you feel bad for him. It really just seems like he’s looking to love and be loved. That “club” his dad was in…a little creepy but I’m curious. I’m also very excited about the possibility of Blair and Chuck getting back together (were they ever “officially” together for more than like a few days? end of last season when Chuck abandoned Blair?). I do smell a Blair/Nate hookup on the horizon…Who will it be?

Speaking of Nate. I really like him and Vanessa together. Other than some poor mis-communication (which is essential to a show like Gossip Girl), they seem to be doing well. About that Blair/Nate hookup that may come…Drama.

As for everyone else..That new teacher is a little hypocrite..way to tattle to Gossip Girl about everyone you little skank…Dan and Serena = useless. Jenny…I’m sure will get a story line again…Rufus...pfff. And where was the ever so beautiful Lilly Bass? Looking forward to next week.

I am about to talk about tonight’s Desperate Housewives. Spoilers ahead. You’ve been warned!

Tonight’s episode was great in my opinion. It was funny, cute, real, and of course spooky (you know, a little scary). They have been dragging out David’s agenda for quite some time now. It looks like the next episode is going to be the tell-all-be-all. What really got me going were the previews for next week! A housewife is going to die? So who? Either Catherine because David wants to kill her or Edie because she’s definitely leaving the show (no?). Honestly, I don‘t want either of them to go. They’ve grown on me. I think I’ll be even more pissed if Catherine dies. Really pissed. Why does someone have to die on like every season of this show? (lol). Waiting till next Sunday…or whenever I end up watching.

It only makes sense to put this weekend’s Top Model and Lindsay Lohan story into one. After all, they both involve dumb decisions and someone getting arrested (sort of).

Let’s talk about America’s Next Top Model auditions first. Yesterday, three people were arrested and six were injured while waiting to audition for the show’s 13th cycle in New York. Seriously? Apparently the audition was eventually shut down because it wasn’t “organized properly.” By the way, did you know that next season of America’s Top Model is only going to be people 5′7” and under? Tyra’s trying to spice things up. Speaking of spicy things, I watched this season’s Top Model premiere and there may just be someone I’m rooting for. I have to give Tyra props here. 12 seasons of a show later and she still manages to keep things interesting. We’ll see where things go.

Did you hear about the warrant for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest? Something to do with violating her probation? There’s lots of stories out there, including [another] fight with her girlfriend. Honestly I don’t even want to talk about it. Lindsay needs to start making better headlines. She went from respectable into the “socialite” category. Time to bring things back. Mean Girls 2.0. You can do it. I haven’t given up. She’s from Long Island after all!

There is a new episode of Desperate Housewives tonight. Just a reminder.

Leighton Meester (Blair from Gossip Girl) has just signed on to be in the movie, The Roommate. It’s something about college. This is pretty fresh. Not only this and Gossip Girl, but she may also appear in a movie opposite Zac Efron. A modern day Beauty and the Beast deal called Beastly. I’d watch it. This all has to happen around Gossip Girl shootings. Should be fun. Looking forward to more work from this girl. Hokai!
